  • Your retainer gives you access to our creative team for a set number of hours each month. You can submit requests through your dashboard, with the number of active projects we handle at a time depending on your plan.

  • Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

  • If you ever need more hours than your plan covers, you’ve got options. You can either top up with extra hours at a better (lower) rate than your current rate, or upgrade mid-month to a higher retainer - which comes with more hours and a lower hourly rate overall.

  • Turnaround time greatly depends on the overall load of our creative team at a given time. Though we strive to provide you the fastest service with the best quality, but here are the typical, average turnaround times broken down by your current plan:

    • Starter Scroll: 3–5 business days

    • Power Scroll: 2–4 business days

    • Full Stop: 1–2 business days

  • We’re a full-scope creative agency handling everything from standout ad creatives and sleek UX to AI-enhanced content and marketing strategy. Brand and Identity, Digital Product and Web, Marketing and Content, Motion and Videography - we’ve got every angle covered.

  • We understand that deadlines can sometimes shift unexpectedly. Each plan comes with its own standard turnaround time, and we work hard to meet or beat those timelines. Currently, we do not offer rush or expedited requests beyond the standard delivery times. If you require faster service on an ongoing basis, we recommend upgrading to a higher-tier plan designed for quicker turnaround.

  • Yes, for short-form videos like Reels and TikToks. Larger projects (live-action or advanced animation) may require a custom quote. Book a free strategy call today if you have larger video production needs.

  • We focus on creative production and automation setup. We do not manage ad spend or placements but can work with your ad team to provide them with killer, thumb-stopping creative that resonates with your ad campaign audiences.

  • Yes, we occasionally take on one-off projects such as branding, landing pages, or ad campaigns, depending on our creative team’s availability. Priority is always given to our retainer clients, but if the timing and scope align, we’re happy to discuss one-time engagements. Reach out with your project details and we’ll let you know if we can fit it in.

  • Unlimited revisions are included within your plan’s hours. Significant scope changes may require a new request or extra hours.

Hours, Tracking, and Flexibility

  • Billable services are tasks that directly contribute to creative or strategic output. This includes:

    • Designers (graphic and brand)

    • Motion designers and animators

    • Video editors

    • Copywriters (for design-related copy)

    • Marketing automation specialists

    • Strategists and creative directors

     

    These services consume your included retainer hours and are fully time-tracked.

    Non-billable services include:

    • Project management

    • Account management

    • Admin and sales support

     

    We do not charge for internal project management, communication, or check-ins. Your hours are used only for creative and strategic execution.

  • We track every billable hour in detail and provide full transparency on how your time is spent. You can view real-time logs and monthly reports directly in your Partner Portal, so there’s never any guesswork.

  • We’ve designed our model to be flexible, knowing your creative needs can vary month to month. Unlike traditional agency retainers where unused hours disappear, any unused billable hours automatically roll over for up to three months, giving you extra time to maximize the value of your subscription.

  •  All retainers require a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure meaningful progress and results. After that, services continue on a monthly basis with 30 days’ notice to cancel.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for unused time, and your plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle.

  • Yes, we aim to assign a dedicated, self-managed pod consisting of a designer, strategist, content manager and project manager to maintain consistency and quality.

  • We begin with a strategy call to get to know you, your business, your goals, and the creative direction you’re aiming for. This helps us align on vision, tone, and priorities from day one.

     

    After the call, we set up your client dashboard, establish your request board, and introduce you to your dedicated project manager. You’ll be able to start submitting creative requests right away.

     

    Each retainer plan has its own standard turnaround time, so once we receive your first request, delivery will follow your plan’s specific timeline. Our team gets to work quickly—no long ramp-ups, just focused execution tailored to your business.

  • We provide all our customers with the necessary project management tools in Partner Dashboard to track the whole process for transparency. We also have a 24/7 Live Chat to answer questions related to your account, billing and tech problems.

  • When you become a customer by subscribing to a retainer, we sign a digital service agreement that outlines our responsibilities, including strict confidentiality. This agreement legally binds us—and any subcontractors we engage on your behalf—to keep all project information private. No information is ever shared with third parties without your explicit approval and acknowledgment.

Pricing and Payment

  • Yes, we offer a 10% discount when you choose to prepay for 12 months upfront, giving you added savings and long-term creative support.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. For larger plans or annual agreements, we can also arrange ACH or wire transfers.

  • You’ll be billed at the start of your subscription and then automatically every month on the same date unless you pause, cancel, or switch plans.

  • Yes, you can pause your retainer for up to 1 month per year, with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Your remaining hours will be preserved during the pause period.

  • Nope. All pricing is transparent. You pay your flat monthly fee based on your plan, and that covers all billable services. Any additional work outside of scope is always quoted and approved in advance.

  • Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time to take advantage of the 10% discount. Just let us know before your next billing date.
